GRF engineering was set up by Current Managing Director Gary
Breeden. in 1978, during its 30 years of
production GRF has used many different methods of machining,
starting with Ward 2A capstans it progressed as
time went by using EMI MEC Plug boards, Colchester Lathes and Bridgeport
Mills to its current state of 15 CNC
Milling and Turning Machines.
GRF has 30 years of precision engineering experience and has
consistently invested in the most cost effective and
productive technology and manufacturing systems. Customers can with total
confidence use either GRF's
complete manufacturing capabilities or any particular aspect of the service.
Effectively GRF will take projects from the initial concept stage
working closely with the customer through all the
development stages to final product. Advice and help is readily available
on sourcing of brought in parts design
for efficient manufacture, best practice production methods and cost down
techniques.
GRF has been an ISO 9001 accredited company since 1990 and was
awarded ISO 14001:2004 in May of 2008. This means that the companies Quality
assurance procedures are
consistent with the ISO standards and
with the customers own requirements. All brought in parts and finishing
processes are sourced form GRF approved suppliers. |
